Applications On The Basis Of Spending Half Of Life Continuously In The UK As A Person Aged 18 to 24

An application can be made on the basis that you are over 18, under 25 and lived half of your life in the UK continuously. This application should be made under the age of 25.

Leave to remain for 30 months will be granted under this category.

The applicant must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• The applicant should meet the suitability requirement as envisaged under paragraph 276ADE(1)(i), and the application of the applicant must not fall for refusal under S-LTR: Suitability;
• The applicant must be aged between 18 and 24;
• The applicant must have spent half of his/her life in the UK continuously.

“Aged 18 years or above, has lived continuously in the UK for less than 20 years (discounting any period of imprisonment) there would be very significant obstacles to the applicant’s integration into the country to which he would have to go if required to leave the UK.”:-

If you are over the age of 18 and can show that there are very significant obstacles for your integration in the society in your own country.

Have you lived continuously in the UK for less than 20 years ? If so, you can apply for leave to remain on the basis of his private life in the UK. There needs to be significant obstacles to the integration in the your home country on return in his home country.
